Course Overview
In the ORSC® Fundamentals Course, you will experience a ground-breaking model for coaching relationships between two or more people, including teams, families, couples, partnerships and organizations. Whether your practice is in one-to-one coaching, business coaching or team coaching, using the ORSC® model will transform the way you relate to your clients in your coaching.
What you will learn on this course
You will learn the ORSC® model, attitudes, theories, skills and tools that form the foundation for working with relationship systems. You will also learn the latest data on relationships, wisdom on how to promote positivity in relationships, and obtain coaching tools to visualize relationships and then share the whole experience with your team.
At the end of this course you will be able to see what is happening in your organization and its relationships as a Relationship System™.
